The easiest and fasted way to prepare your own  authentic Wattalappam at home using our very own Renuka products

Renuka coconut milk 50ml Sugar 2tbsp
Eggs 2x Kithul jaggery 30g
Cardamom 2-3 Cashew 7-8
Water 2 cups
  1. Add Kithul jaggery 30g into the pan
  2. Add Sugar 2tbsp
  3. Add Cardamom 2-3
  4. Now add Renuka coconut milk 50ml and Stir until melted
  5. Add Eggs 2x and Beat well
  6. Combine jaggery mixture
  7. Add cashews and raisins to mold and Pour in the mixture
  8. Double boil inside cooker for 15-20mins
