Green Chicken Curry
The easiest and fasted way to prepare your own authentic Green chicken curry at home using our very own Renuka products
Ingredients
| Renuka chico seasoning cube 1x |
Renuka coconut milk 50ml |
| Oil 1tbsp |
Chopped garlic 2tsp |
| Chopped ginger 1tsp |
Chopped onion 2tbsp |
| Lemongrass 1tbsp |
Chicken thighs 250g |
| Eggplant 100g |
Beans 50g |
| Basil leaves |
Sugar 1tsp |
| Salt to taste |
Fish sauce 1tsp |
| Green curry paste 2tbsp |
Water 150ml |
Directions
- Add Oil 1tbsp into the pan
- Add Chopped garlic and chopped onion 2tsp of each
- Add Chopped ginger 1tsp
- Add Lemongrass 1tbsp and Fry well
- Add Chicken thighs 250g
- Add Eggplant 100g
- Add Beans 50g and basil leaves
- Now Add Renuka chico seasoning cube 1x
- Add Sugar 1tsp
- Add Salt to taste
- Add Fish sauce 1tsp
- Add Green curry paste 2tbsp and Mix well and then add 150ml of water to it
- Now add Renuka coconut milk 50ml and Mix well
